Structure of the Program:

The CSDtv Student Broadcaster Program is a dynamic student-led, project-based learning opportunity designed to empower students with hands-on activities. In this program, students are responsible for producing various deliverables, and we provide them with a structured and supportive environment to achieve their goals.

We focus on the following key areas:

  • Skill Development: Students gain practical experience with cutting-edge technology and video production techniques.
  • Critical Thinking: This program encourages students to think on their feet and develop creative problem-solving skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborative work with peers is at the core of our program, fostering valuable teamwork skills.
  • Resume Enhancement: Participation in this program serves as a remarkable addition to students’ resumes, showcasing their dedication and skills.
  • Career Exploration: Students will gain insights into the media, communications, and technology industries, helping them explore potential career paths.
  • Time Management: Balancing commitments effectively is a crucial skill that students will develop as they manage their responsibilities in the program.

Meeting Schedule: Students are required to attend CSDtv Studio Sessions, held twice a month at the CSDtv studio located at the District Office. Dinner will be provided to students. During these sessions, students will learn and work on their broadcasting projects. Additionally, students who attend studio sessions will have the opportunity to sign up for broadcasting events held throughout the district.
